1. Eligibility & Acceptance

1.1 By using the Site, you represent that:

• you are at least 18 years old, and
• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

1.2 The Site is not intended for children under 18. If we become aware that a registered user is under 18, we may disable that account.

1.3 Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy (and any other policies we publish), which is incorporated by reference. By using the Site, you agree to those policies as well.

2. Changes to These Terms and to the Services

2.1 We may, at any time and in our sole discretion:

• modify these Terms;
• modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or Services;
• change pricing, features, subscription plans, or impose new fees.

2.2 Unless required by law, we may make such changes with or without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.3 We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Services.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current and complete information ("Registration Data");
• maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate and current;
• be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 You must promptly notify us at support@BlanketFinance.com of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

3.3 You agree to receive emails from us related to your account, service updates, and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time as described in such emails or in your account settings.

4. Nature of Content – Disclaimers, Data Sources and Latency

4.1 The Site may display or make available a variety of content, including but not limited to: data feeds, market prices, charts, tables, historical financials, financial models, analytics, comments, tools, research views, educational articles, news, and user-generated content (collectively, the "Content").

4.2 Data sources & errors. Content may be derived from multiple third-party data providers, public sources, our own calculations, or user inputs. Such data is subject to:

• delays, interruptions, omissions, and errors;
• incomplete or approximated values;
• differences from officially reported data or from other vendors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, performance, correctness or suitability of any Content.

4.3 Market data & prices.

• Market and security prices displayed on the Site may be delayed (including end-of-day prices, prior-day closing prices, and/or delayed intraday prices such as 15–30 minutes or more).
• The exact delay, coverage, and vendor(s) used may change over time without notice.
• Prices and other data displayed on the Site are not intended to be used for trading or execution and may differ from prices available from brokers or exchanges at any given time.

4.4 Analyst calculations & assumptions.

The historical financial data, ratios, scores, ratings, and other analytics displayed may reflect analyst or algorithmic calculations and may not conform to formal accounting standards or to company-reported financials. Assumptions used in any models or tools are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent actual or expected performance.

4.5 AI-generated / automated content.

Some Content may be generated or assisted by software, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools. Such content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.

4.6 No warranty.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site, Services and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

5. No Investment Advice or Recommendations; SEBI Status

5.1 The Site and Content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

• investment advice or recommendation;
• legal, tax or accounting advice;
• an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities or financial products.

5.2 SEBI registration status.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise on the Site:

• Blanket Financial Service LLP is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst; and
• nothing on the Site should be construed as "investment advice" or "investment research" under SEBI regulations.

5.3 We do not consider your personal financial situation, objectives, or needs. Any Content that appears to discuss securities, portfolios, or strategies is:

• impersonal and generic,
• not tailored to any specific individual, and
• not a recommendation to any person.

5.4 You agree that you are solely responsible for your own investment, trading, and financial decisions, and for any losses or gains that result. Before making any investment or trading decisions, you should:

• consult a qualified and registered financial adviser, investment adviser, or tax professional; and
• consider your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives.

5.5 Some securities discussed may have low market capitalization, low liquidity, or higher risk. Discussions on the Site will not necessarily include all relevant risk factors. You understand that investing in securities involves the risk of loss of capital.

6. Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

6.1 Payments.

If you purchase any paid products or subscriptions ("Subscriptions"), you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete payment information (such as credit card / debit card / UPI / bank details) via our third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay);
• authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for fees associated with your Subscription and any applicable taxes.

We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers; such details are handled by the payment processor.

6.2 Subscription renewal and changes.

Subscriptions may be one-time, fixed-term, or auto-renewing, as indicated at the time of purchase. We may change Subscription features and pricing from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice before price changes take effect.

6.3 Fraudulent payments.

You must use payment methods that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. We are not responsible for any fraudulent transactions. You are solely responsible for resolving disputes with your bank or payment provider in the event of unauthorized or fraudulent charges.

6.4 Refund policy.

If you wish to request a refund:

• You must contact us at support@BlanketFinance.com within 15 calendar days of your purchase or renewal.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card and debit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After the 15-day grace period, all fees paid are non-refundable for that billing period, except where required by applicable law. You agree that you will not seek chargebacks or refunds outside the scope of this policy, except where required by applicable law.

6.5 Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. If you cancel within 15 calendar days of purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a refund under Section 6.4 above.

6.6 Except as expressly stated in this Section 6 or required by law, all Subscription fees and payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademarks

7.1 The Site, Services, and all Content (excluding third-party trademarks, logos and user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Blanket Financial Service LLP and/or its licensors.

7.2 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7.3 You may download or print a reasonable number of Content pages for personal use, provided you:

• do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
• do not modify the Content;
• do not distribute, reproduce, or publicly display Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7.4 "Blanket Finance" and related logos are trademarks or service marks of Blanket Financial Service LLP. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

7.5 If you wish to reprint, republish or distribute Content beyond personal use, please contact us at support@BlanketFinance.com for written permission.

8. User Accounts, User Content and Conduct

8.1 Single account. You may maintain only one account in your own name and you may not share your login credentials with others.

8.2 User content.

You may be able to post comments, reviews, messages, data, or other materials ("User Content") on or through the Site. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post such content;
• your User Content and posting comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including SEBI and insider trading rules, and your employer's policies, if applicable).

8.3 License to Blanket.

By posting User Content, you grant Blanket Financial Service LLP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, with or without attribution, for any lawful purpose related to our business.

8.4 User conduct rules.

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, including SEBI regulations, insider trading rules, or stock exchange rules;
• post any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity;
• post confidential, proprietary, non-public, or inside information without authorization;
• use the Site for unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation;
• copy, scrape, crawl, or use automated methods (robots, spiders, data mining tools) to access the Site or Content without our prior written consent;
• attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site (e.g., hacking, overloading, probing for vulnerabilities);
• infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

8.5 We encourage users to disclose any positions (e.g., long, short) in securities they discuss on the platform, where appropriate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

12.2 Blanket Financial Service LLP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ANY WARRANTY AS TO ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SITE OR CONTENT;
• ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
• ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

• OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES,

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, SERVICES, OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13.2 Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site, Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us, if any, for access to the Site or Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

13.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

• your Subscription,

if we believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable law, or for any other reason in our discretion.

15.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

16. Copyright Policy

16.1 We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

16.2 If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact our designated agent at support@BlanketFinance.com with a notice containing:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

17. Subscription-Specific Terms

17.1 Subscription access and features are described on the Site at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

17.2 You may not share your Subscription or its Content with any third party, unless we expressly allow this in writing.

17.3 We reserve the right to cancel or downgrade a Subscription if we believe you have violated these Terms (including account-sharing or misuse). If we cancel due to a breach, you may not be entitled to any refund.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18.2 You agree that the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blanket Financial Service LLP regarding the Site and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the same subject matter.

19.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

19.5 We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
